摘  要:通过配方设计、配方应用效果检验筛选试验,研制出了1种针对苹果花期低温霜冻害的专用抗冻剂kd-4。该抗冻剂的500倍液于花期喷施富士苹果树后第2天能使花朵在-2℃12h的低温胁迫下显著抗冻,使花朵相对电导率比喷清水对照降低37.7%;喷后第5天能使花朵在-2℃4h的低温胁迫下极显著抗冻,相对电导率比对照降低57.2%;喷后第4天还能使叶片在-4℃12h的低温胁迫下显著抗冻,叶片相对电导率比对照低23.8%。因此,可根据天气预报于苹果花期倒春寒来临前4天内喷施500倍该抗冻剂来预防苹果花期冻害。A cryoprotective agent kd- 4was developed for preventing the frost damage of flowering apple by designing formulations,testing the application effect.This agent diluted by 500 times could significantly increase the anti-freezing capability of Fuji apple's flowers on the second day after being sprayed and make the flowers tolerate-2 ℃for 12 hours and the relative conductivity of reduce 37.7% comparing with spraying water(CK).The agent could significantly increase the anti-freezing capability of flowers on the fifth day after being sprayed and make the flowers tolerate-2℃for 4hours and the relative conductivity reduce 57.2%comparing with CK.It could also significantly increase the anti-freezing capability of leaves on the fourth day after being sprayed and make the leaves tolerate-4 ℃for 12 hours and the relative conductivity reduce 23.8% comparing with CK.So it could apply in preventing apple frost damage by spraying this agent diluted by 500 times in four days before cold spell coming.
