摘  要:针对某轻型校车正面碰撞过程中前门变形超标的问题,通过使用Hypermesh和LS-DYNA软件进行整车建模和仿真,分析发现原车前端存在力传递路径不合理的问题,并据此对车身进行结构优化。结果验证显示,优化后校车A柱后移量明显减少,证明该方法可有效地提高轻型校车的耐撞性,对于同类车型的A柱耐撞性设计有较强的工程意义。The question is raised as a light - duty school bus front door deformation exceed target value in front impact test. The crash model is constructed and simulated by HyperMesh and LS - DYNA software. It is found that crash force transmission path is unreasonable by analyzing the simu- lation result, and body structure is simulated. After optimization the displacement between A pillar and B pillar is decreased obviously. The adoption of this solution can improve the structural crashworthiness of the light - duty school bus, and it has a strong engineering practicability.
