摘　　要：目前我国高校在科技成果转化取得一些成绩的同时依然存在诸多问题,如何整合各方资源有效地进行科技成果转化是当前高校面临的迫切而重大的任务。文章在借鉴国际著名高校成功的经验并结合我国国情的基础上,阐述了高校科技成果转化的改革思路。At present,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in university has some achievements but also has many problems,the urgent and important task is to how to integrate all resources with the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.This paper is based on the successful experience of international famous universities and combining the situation of our country,has expounded the reform direction of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in university.
