摘　　要：船舶心理环境是影响船员工作绩效的软环境。文章总结了通过创设舒适的物质环境、独立的心理恢复环境、良好的人际交往环境,改善引发心理疲劳的环境,增强企业的人性化管理等方式,建设船舶的心理环境。Ship＇s psychological environment is the soft environment affecting the working performance of the crew.This paper sums up that creating a comfortable physical environment,independent mental recovery environment and good interpersonal communication environment,meanwhile,improving the environmental causing mental fatigue and enhancing the humanized management of the enterprise,make for the construction of the psychological environment of the ship.
