摘 要:为明确山莓叶中抗腹泻的药效成分,利用溶剂萃取、常压柱层析、中压柱层析对山莓叶中的活性成分进行分离纯化,采用家兔离体肠实验检测抗腹泻活性,并对活性单体进行结构鉴定。结果表明:山莓叶中抑制离体肠效果好的化合物是对羟基肉桂酸乙酯,当其浓度为20 mg/m L时,离体肠张力增量的变化率达到70.0%,强于阿托品的抑制效果。In order to ensure the anti-diarrhea components from Rubus corchorifolius leaves, the active components from R. corchorifolius leaves were isolated and purified using solvent extraction, column chromatography and middle pressure column chromatography, and their anti-diarrhea activities were determined through the movement of isolated intestinal of rabbit, meanwhile, the structure of active monomer was identified. The results showed that the component which had anti-diarrhea activity on isolated intestinal was P-hydroxy ethyl einnamate in R. corchorifolius leaves, when the concentration was 20 mg/mL, the change rate of tension increment of isolated intestinal reached 70.0%, and its inhibition effect was better than that of atropine.
