三维适形放疗联合奈达铂增敏治疗中晚期食管癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨三维适形放疗联合奈达铂增敏治疗中晚期食管癌的近期临床疗效及安全性。方法选择符合标准的患者按照时间顺序分组,2010年8月至2011年12月纳入34例归为对照组,2012年1月至2013年8月纳入32例归为观察组,对照组采用单纯三维适形放疗,观察组采用三维适形放疗联合奈达铂增敏,比较二者近期临床疗效及毒副反应。结果观察组患者完全缓解率及总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者消化道反应、白细胞下降及血小板下降发生率及程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奈达铂增敏可提高三维适形放疗治疗中晚期食管癌的近期临床疗效,不增加毒副反应,安全性高。Objective to investigate the recent clinical efficacy and safety of three dimensional conformal radiation thera-py combined with Nedaplatin in the sensitization treatment of patients with intermediate and advanced stage esophageal cancer. Method choice 68 cases standard patientsf,randomly divided into observation group and control group each with 34 cases,the control group treated with three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy,the observation group treated with three-dimensional con-formal radiotherapy combined with platinum sensitization,compare their recent clinical curative effect and adverse reaction. Re-sults the complete remission rate and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,which suggested significant difference（P〈0. 05）. The incidence and degree of their digestive tract reaction,leucocyte and platelets de-cline were similar without statistically significant difference（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Nedaplatin sensitization can improve the re-cent clinical curative effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with intermediate and advanced stage esophageal cancer,which is a safe treatment without adverse reaction increase.
