摘　　要："两种文化"问题对于高校党员队伍文化建设,既是挑战,亦是机遇。高校党员队伍中生态文化的可持续发展之路,铺设在"两种文化"之间,又在整个文化生态中居前,形成了"三位一体"的文化路线格局。"两种文化"就像汽车的两个轮毂,需要生态平衡的联结轴承和生态持续的发展方向与牵引,方可同向并行不悖。科学文化的党员先进性保障作用,人文文化的媒介作用和社会理想规约效果,生态文化的可持续利益价值导向,最终还是要统一到党的性质、宗旨和事业上来。The problem of＂two cultures＂is not only a challenge,but also an opportunity for the cultural construction of CCP. members in universities. The road of sustainable development of ecological culture of CCP. members in universities,laying between the ＂two cultures＂and in the top of cultural ecology,forms a cultural route pattern of ＂three- in- one＂.＂Two cultures＂are like two wheels of a car,need the ecological balance of joint bearing and sustainable development of direction and traction,which can lead to run parallel. The scientific culture ensures the advanced nature of Party members. As a media,humanities culture disciplines the social ideal. The ecological culture guides the orientation of sustainable value.Those should eventually be united in the nature,purpose and the cause of CCP.
