摘　　要：民族地区农村土地流转是民族地区实现农村土地资源高效配置和实现农业现代化的关键环节。吉林省延边地区是民族地区农村土地流转的典型,其土地流转的状况具有一定的特殊性,但也能反映出民族地区的一些共同特点。近几年,延边地区农村土地流转取得了一定的成绩,但也存在一些问题。今后,民族地区农村土地流转的路径选择包括:规范农村土地流转中的政府政策性干预;拓宽农村土地流转的利益共享和风险防范机制;加强少数民族地区农村社会保障制度改革;强化少数民族利益表达和政治参与机制。Reasonable rural land transfer will result in the efficient allocation of land re- sources and argriculture modernization in minority areas. The situation of rural land transfer in Yanbian is typical and can reflect some common features of ethnic minority areas. Though achievements have been made, some problems still exist. The path selection of ru- ral land transfer in the future includes： to regulate the policy intervention; to broaden the interests sharing and enhance risk prevention mechanism; to forward the reform of social se- curity system in rural areas; to reinforce mechanisms of ethnic benefit appeals and political participation.
