摘 要:通过相对固定工艺参数,采用博立飞黏度计测量了乳胶基质在一定温度下的绝对黏度,研究总结了影响基质黏度的各种因素,包括外相黏度、内相黏度、内相含量、乳化剂、乳化温度、乳化器及基质温度,并分析了各因素影响基质黏度的原因。结果表明,各因素对基质黏度均有一定的影响,生产实践中可采用多种方式对基质黏度进行调整。By relatively fixed process parameters, the emulsion matrix absolute viscosity was studied by Brookfield viscometer under certain temperature. The impact of various factors on the matrix viscosity in- cluding continuous phase viscosity, dispersed phase viscosity, dispersed phase content, emulsifier, emulsi- fying temperature, emulsification device and the matrix temperature were explored . The reasons of chan- ges in the viscosity effected by the different factors were also analyzed. The results showed that all of these factors had certain effects on the viscosity of the matrix and the matrix viscosity could be adjusted by varie- ty of ways in production practice.
