摘　　要：肾上腺节细胞神经瘤(adrenal ganglioneuroma,AGN)是起源于原始神经嵴细胞的良性神经源性肿瘤,临床较少见。患者的临床表现不典型,诊断困难;影像学表现与其病理改变密切相关,有一定的特征性,在临床诊断和鉴别诊断中具有重要价值。The adrenal ganglioneuroma （AGN）is a rare,benign neurogenic tumor which originates from the primitive neural crest cells. The patient’s clinical manifestations of AGN are too atypical to diagnose.The image features of AGN are closely related to their patholo-gy with some certain characteristics,which has a great diagnostic value.
