摘　　要：在对中国开大学报资源重组中面临的环境因素、资源重组视阈下的中国开大学报集团构建探讨的基础上,明确中国开大学报集团的基本内涵及其核心内容,探索中国开大学报集团的运行机制,厘清国开、省开在学报集团中的各自担当,研究中国开大学报集团的优势和努力破解初创阶段可能遇到的难题。Facing the environmental factors in Journal resources reorganization of Open University in China,based on the construction of the journal group of Open University in China from the perspective of resources Reorganization,this paper clears basic connotation of the journal group of Open University in China and its core content,explores the operational mechanism of the journal group of Open University in China,clarifies the respective roles in the journal group of Open University in China and in province,studies the advantages of the journal group of Open University in China,and tries to solve the problems that may be encountered in the initial stage.
