摘　　要：教学资源是远程教学的根本需求。教学资源是影响学习者自我效能感的重要因素之一。在资源建设中,要重视"微资源"的制作,加强教学内容设计,注重评价设计,增强互动设计以及对学习者的情感激励设计。Teaching resources play effect the learners self- efficacy. a basic role in distance education, and it is one of the most important factors which During micro resource, strengthen teaching co sign and emotional encouragement. the process of teaching resource construction, we should pay much effort on ntent design, paying attention to evaluation design, enhance interaction design and emotional encouragement.
