摘　　要：铁路法课程应定位于必修课,但受多重因素制约,目前只能将其设置为选修课。该课程名称的确定应符合课程内容和法学课程命名的一般规律,内容选取应突出广泛性和针对性。为了完善该课程,应编写符合学校自身培养目标的特色教材,采取专题授课的模式,并改革现有的选修课选课机制。The course of railway law should be a compulsory course, while it is a selective one now due to many factors. The decision of the course name needs to accord with the contents and the general rule of law courses, and its contents need to be broad and individualized. In order to improve this course, a characterized textbook, which accords to the college＇s talent education purpose, has to be edited, lectures on specific subjects should be taken as the teaching pattern, and the present selective course should be reformed.
