摘  要:在高等教育步入大众化阶段的大背景下,国家深化高等教育体制改革,推动独立学院转型发展。独立学院师资队伍建设步伐滞后,在整体规划、培养机制、管理制度、评价机制等方面还存在诸多问题,制约着它的健康发展。独立学院必须紧扣应用型人才培养目标,加强教师队伍建设的顶层设计,通过分类管理、阶梯培育、分类评价等制度化构建打造一支高素质"双师型"师资队伍,以培养高级应用型人才。With the arrival of the popularization of higher education,our country continues to deepen the reform of higher education in order to promote the development of independent colleges. However, the speed of the faculty construction of independent colleges is very slow. In addition,there are still many problems in overall planning, training mechanism, management system, and the evaluation mechanism, etc., which all constrains the development of faculty construction. Therefore,independent colleges must be closely focused on the training applicationoriented talents, strengthening the top-level design of faculty construction, cultivating high-quality faculty with double certificates through assorted management, separate training, classified evaluation,etc, in the purpose of training advanced application-oriented talents.
