认知功能训练在社区脑卒中患者团体康复训练中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨认知功能训练在社区脑卒中患者团体康复训练中的应用效果。方法:对2010年5月-2013年5月在本院就诊的138例社区脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照数字随机法分为观察组和对照组各69例,对照组采用肢体运动、平衡及日常活动能力等常规康复训练,观察组在常规康复训练基础上接受认知功能训练,在训练前、训练第1、3个月后采用简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、日常生活活动能力Barthel指数(MBI)及神经功能缺损程度(CSS)评分对患者进行评定。结果:训练前两组患者的MMSE、MBI、CSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练后1、3个月观察组MMSE、MBI评分明显高于对照组,且第3个月的评分明显高于第1个月,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);训练后1、3个月观察组CSS评分明显低于对照组,且第3个月的评分明显低于第1个月,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:认知功能训练能够明显改善社区脑卒中团体康复训练患者的认知功能及神经功能,促进日常生活能力的提高,值得临床推广使用。Objective：To explore the application effect of cognitive function training on stroke patients in community groups of rehabilitation training.Method：138 cerebral apoplexy patients in community were selected as the research objects,according to the digital method were divided into observation group（69 cases） and control group randomly（69 cases）,the control group received body movement,balance and daily activities such as routine rehabilitation training.The observation group received cognitive function training based on control group.The simple mental state（MMSE）,daily life activities ability Barthel index（MBI） and the degree of nerve function defect（CSS） score of patients were assessed.Result：Before training,two group with MMSE score,MBI,CSS had no obvious difference（P〉0. 05）.1 month,3 months after training and MMSE,MBI scores of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group,and score of the third month was significantly higher than that of the first month,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.1 month,3 months after training,CSS score of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group,and score of the third month was significantly higher than that of the first month,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion：Cognitive function training can significantly improve community stroke rehabilitation training in patients with cognitive function and neural function,promote the daily life ability enhancement,worth clinical promotion use.
