摘　　要：高校作为典型的知识生态系统,是国家知识创新的主力军,对加快高校内部知识的流动、增强高校知识创新具有重要意义。本文基于敏捷性理论,以北航案例中心发展历程为案例研究对象,系统研究了敏捷性促进知识生态系统构建的过程与特征。本研究试图打开知识生态系统构建的"黑箱",揭示敏捷性促进知识生态系统构建的过程模型,并探讨了在此过程中知识生态系统敏捷性的发展与特点,说明了知识型组织敏捷性实现过程是从制度化到生态化发展的必然。本文对其他高校开展教学案例开发、案例教学和案例研究具有借鉴意义。As a typical knowledge ecosystem,the university is the main force of the national knowledge innovation in a country,and has the vital significance to accelerate the knowledge flow and enhance knowledge innovation.Based on the theory of agility,and taking the process of the development of Beihang University case center as a case to study,this paper systematically researched the process and characteristics of the construction of knowledge ecosystem promoted by agility,which opens the ＂black box＂of the knowledge ecosystem construction,and reveals the process model of agility promoting the construction of knowledge ecosystem.Also,this study discusses the development and characteristics of the knowledge ecosystem agility in the process,and explains that the realization of agility in knowledge organization is inevitable during the transformation from institutional to ecological development.This study is an important reference for other universities to develop teaching case,case teaching and case study.
