摘　　要：案例研究方法对于创新管理理论十分重要,然而从现存中文案例研究文献中可以看出:有的学者对基于何种研究范式、什么是理论以及理论检验与理论构建等基本概念仍然不甚清晰;有的学者在基于实证主义范式下理论构建的案例研究过程中仍然会犯一些基本的错误;有的学者在案例论文写作和发表过程中仍对一些具体做法模糊不清。本文首先澄清几个基本概念,而后详细讨论基于实证主义从案例中构建理论的过程,并对写作过程中可能遇到的挑战提出建议,讨论了案例论文写作与发表过程中遇到的问题与对策。最后,本文以案例研究的最新趋势做结。Case study method is very important for innovating management theories.However,an overview of Chinese case study literature reveals that some researchers are still confused about some basic concepts,for instance,research paradigm,theory definition,theory testing and theory building;some researchers still make basic mistakes in the case study process of the theroy construction based on the positivist paradigm;some researchers are confused about the specific practices in the writing and publishing process of case study paper.This paper clarifies some basic concepts at first,and then discusses the process of building theories from cases based on positivism in detail,and gives suggestions for coping with potential challenges in the writing process,and problems and coping strategies in the publishing process of case paper.Finally,this paper ends with some latest trends of case study method research.
