摘　　要：应用技术大学由地方院校转型而来,在高等教育大众化背景下,确保教学质量成为提升其核心竞争力的关键。论文从应用技术大学构建质量保障体系的必要性入手,探讨应用技术大学构建质量保障体系的构建理念和目标导向,质量保障体系的要素及内容,最后还探讨了质量保障体系实施中需要注意的问题。希望通过质量保障体系的构建与实施,以确保应用技术大学健康发展。In the context of higher education popularization, the university of applied technology, growing out of the local college must have assured teaching quality, which is the key to enhancing its core competitiveness. Starting with analysis of the necessity of establishing the quality assurance system（QAS） for the university of applied technology, the paper introduces the construction idea and its goal orientation as well as the elements and content of QAS. Finally, it dis- cusses related problems in the process of implementation. It is hoped that a healthy development of the university of ap- plied technology is ensured with the aid of QAS.
