落差理论视域下大学体育教学的满意度调查——以南京高校为例

摘　　要：从大学体育教学相关因素:学生体验、教师教学、基础设施等入手,对当前大学体育课程实施状况进行了调查与研究。运用消费者行为满意度中的"落差理论"对调查结果进行分析;运用区段回归分析来验证各因素对教学满意度的解释力。结果显示:在影响体育教学的十二个因素中都存在落差;从教师特质、成绩评量、课程制度等方面提出改革措施,可为体育教学模式改革提供参考。This research concentrates on physical education satisfaction and is carried out from relevant factors（ student experience,instructor＇s teaching and infrastructure）,which studies the current university PE curriculum implementation status. This research mainly uses the Gap Theory of the satisfaction level in consumer behavior to analysis the results of the research. Block regression analysis is used to verify the interpretability of each factor of PE on teaching satisfaction. Results show,twelve factors are disparate in sports teaching,focus on teachers＇ qualities,performance evaluation,curriculum system need reforming. It also provides a reference basis for the reform of physical education teaching mode.
