摘　　要：德国政府和应用技术大学十分重视人才培养质量管理。德国应用技术大学树立全面质量管理的理念,形成过程管理、监控与评价、持续改进的质量管理机制,保障了教学质量并不断提高。通过外部评估,推动学校办学实力的不断增强,督促学校不断提升教学质量。The German government and University of Applied Sciences, attaches great importance to the quality of talent cultivation management. The concept of total quality management was set up, process management, monitoring and evaluation, quality management continuous improvement mechanism is formed, and the teaching quality has been ensured and improved. Through the external evaluation, impetus of school running strength unceasingly strengthens, urge the school constantly improving teaching quality.
