摘  要:目的:了解护理本科生社区实习评价现状及其相关因素,以期进一步促进社区实习带教的规范化。方法对完成社区实习的327名4年制护理本科生进行实习内容和社区实习评价的调查。结果327名护理本科生社区实习总体评价得分为(3.88±0.48)分,其中社区实习收获维度(3.70±0.50)分,带教老师素质维度(3.90±0.54)分,社区带教氛围维度(3.90±0.58)分,护理学院的督导维度(4.05±0.63)分,影响社区实习评价的相关因素有:临床实习时间、实习内容。结论随着医院临床实习时间和经验的增加,实习内容不断完善和进一步规范,护理本科生对社区实习的评价逐渐提高。Objective To understand the current situation of community practice for undergraduate nursing students and analyze its influencing factors, so as to promote further training standard. Methods A survey on practice contents and community practice had been carried out among 327 four-year undergraduate nursing students of our school who had completed the community practice. Results Among 327 nursing undergraduate students, the total evaluation score of the community practice was (3. 88 ± 0. 48), in which the scores of community practice harvest (3. 70 ± 0. 50), the teachers′quality (3. 90 ± 0. 54), community teaching atmosphere (3. 90 ± 0. 58), supervision of nursing department (4. 05 ± 0. 63), and the related factors influencing the community practice included hospital clinical practice time and community practice contents. Conclusions With the increasing of the hospital clinical practice time and experience, the practice contents are constantly improved and further standardized and undergraduate nursing students′evaluation improves gradually as well.
