中国少数民族图书出版的问题及对策

摘　　要：改革开放以来,中国少数民族图书出版业得到了较大发展,图书出版规模和质量都有显著提高。但各民族间的出版状况非常不均衡,个别少数民族语言文字的出版已经濒临绝境,民族题材专业编辑和创意人员较少,民族出版机构的分布和业务范围存在局限,民族图书的深度和广度徘徊不前,这些都是亟待克服的宏观问题。从具体情况来看,也存在诸如少数民族图书读者流失严重、出版资金匮乏、受众市场狭小、数字出版跟进缓慢等突出问题。研究认为,针对少数民族的出版应该特事特办,不仅要在资金上给予继续扶持,还要在人才培养上给予重点关照,在民族院校加强出版专业教学和科研,鼓励开展出版合作交流活动等。Since the reform and opening up, minority books publishing industry in developed greatly and book publishing scale and quality also have improved obviously. China has However, publishing status in different nationalities is very uneven. Some individual minorities language publishing are on the verge of extinction, the theme of ethnic professional editorial and creative personnel are less, the distribution and business scope of minority pub the minority books are stumbled. All these lishing institutions are limited, and the depth and breadth of problems need to be solved urgently. From the specific situation, some serious problems also exist, such as the serious loss of minority book readers, lack of publishing funds, small audience market, slow digital publishing pace, and so on. In view of the problems above, this paper proposed that some special measures should be taken for the minority publishing, not only giving continued support in funds, but also giving special attention to personnel training such as strengthening the publishing professional teaching and research in minority universities, and encouraging develop communication and cooperation with foreign publishing institutions
