摘　　要：人才培养目标和价值主要通过课程体系实现和实施,而课程体系又是成人体育教育人才培养的核心和关键,高校成人教育体育专业要根据社会对人才的需求特点,重构成人高等教育体育专业课程体系,把体育职业素质教育和能力培养贯穿于整个课程体系,从而不断地调整人才培养方向,保证所培养的人才适应社会的需求。Personnel training goals and values are implemented through course system which is also the core and key part for adult education of PE majors. Therefore the task for PE department of adult education must cover the recon- struction of the related course system on a basis of needy requirement on the part of the society, together with a com- bination of professional quality education and capacity cultivation, so as to continuously modify the orientation of per- sonnel training goals and guarantee adaptability of the trained personnel to the development of society.
