对胰腺炎行奥曲肽不同应用方式的疗效进行对比探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨奥曲肽不同应用方式治疗胰腺炎的疗效,并对其进行评价。方法选取我院2012年7月-2014年7月收治的76例胰腺炎患者,随机分为实验组与参照组,各38例。参照组给药方式为皮下注射,实验组为微量注射泵。结果实验组患者总有效率为92.1%,参照组患者总有效率为76.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通过研究发现,使用微量注射泵的给药方式应用奥曲肽,能够有效的提高胰腺炎患者的疗效,值得推广应用。Objective Discusses the application of Mr Qu peptide different ways for treatment of acute pancreatitis, and carries on the appraisal.Methods Our hospital from July 2012 to July 2012 treated 76 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,referring to the way way for subcutaneous injection, the experimental group for trace injection pump.Results Experimental group total effective rate was 92.1%,signifi cantly higher than the control group 76.3%,clear difference was statistically signifi cant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Through the study found that using trace injection pump application Mr Qu peptide drug delivery way, can effectively improve the effect of the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis, is worthy of popularization and application.
