美长安联合曲美布汀或和赛乐特治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征对照研究

摘　　要：目的:研究美长安联合曲美布汀或和赛乐特治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(Irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)的随机对照性情况,为临床治疗腹泻型IBS选择合适方案。方法:选择2010年1月至2013年12月接受治疗的腹泻型IBS患者191例作为研究对象。根据随机数字法对患者进行分组,其中A组(美长安)46例,B组(美长安+曲美布汀)51例,C组(美长安+赛乐特)45例,D组(美长安+曲美布汀+赛乐特)49例。分别对各组进行药物治疗,3周后对比各组整体疗效情况以及治疗前后单项症状情况。结果:B组、C组和D组的总有效率均显著高于A组,D组的总有效率显著高于B组和C组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后B组、C组和D组的排便次数、大便性状以及腹痛情况症状分值均显著低于A组;同时,D组的排便次数、大便性状以及腹痛情况症状分值显著低于B组和C组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:采用美长安联合曲美布汀及赛乐特治疗中重度的IBS患者可获得较好疗效,对于症状轻微者则可尝试美长安二联疗法,值得重视。Objective： To study live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules combined with trimebutine maleate tablets or / and paroxetine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome（ IBS）,to provide appropriate solutions for the clinical treatment of diarrhea type of IBS. Methods： From Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2010 in our hospital,191 cases of diarrhea type of IBS patients were as the research object. They＇re divided intofour groups according to random number method,group A had 46 cases,group B had 51 cases,group C had 45 cases,and group D had 49 cases. Each group was given drug to treat respectively,three weeks after treatment,compared between groups with curative effect and the individual symptoms before and after the treatment. Result： Total effective rate of group B and group C and group D were significantly higher than group A,total effective rate of gorup D was significantly higher than the group B and group C,differences were statistically significant（ all P〈0.05）. After treatment,stool frequency,character of stool and abdominal pain symptom scores in group B,group C and group D were significantly lower than group A; At the same time,the stool frequency,character of stool and abdominal pain symptoms score in group D was significantly lower than group B and group C,The differences were statistically significant（ all P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Using live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules combined with trimebutine maleate tablets and paroxetine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of IBS patients can obtain good curative effect,for the minor symptoms can try the bigeminy therapy. It＇s worthy of attention.
