摘　　要：针对高等教育工科专业人才培养的历史及现状,分析了工科教育存在的普遍问题及产生的原因;根据河北工业大学机械制造及其自动化专业特点,围绕本专业综合改革试点的要求,提出"一线三段"的教育改革思路,构建"3+1"课程群模式,实现高等教育工科专业向工程教育模式的渐进转变,培养具有综合运用科学理论和工程技术手段分析与解决各种工程的能力的高素质创新人才,为京津冀协同发展国家战略的具体实现提供人才保障。Based on the history and the present situation of the talent training system for higher education of engineering common problems and reasons are analyzed. According to the characteristics of mechanism design＆amp;manufacturing and automa？tion and the requirements of comprehensive reform the thought named as＆quot;one line and three sections＆quot; was presented. The mode of curriculum group named as＆quot;3＋1＆quot; was built. The education mode will be transformed from academic education to engineering education gradually. The high？quality innovative talents who can combine theories with engineering technology and solve various engineering problems will be cultivated. The talents will be provided for coordinated development of Beijing？Tianjin？Hebei re？gion.
