摘  要:目的研究间质表皮转化因子(c-Mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor,c-Met)及磷酸化cMet在肺腺癌组织中的表达,探讨其与肺腺癌发生发展的关系。方法选择经随访资料完整的肺腺癌患者组织标本40例,肺正常对照20例。采用免疫组织化学的方法检测c-Met和磷酸化c-Met(p-Met Tyr1234/1235)在正常肺组织与肺腺癌中的表达情况,并分析其表达与临床特征、病理的关系及两者的相关性。结果 c-Met及pMet在肺腺癌中的阳性表达率高于正常肺组织(P<0.05),两者与患者的年龄、性别、有无吸烟史、肿瘤大小、分化程度无关(P>0.05)。在有淋巴结转移的病例中,c-Met、p-Met皆表达增高(P<0.05)。c-Met与p-Met在肺腺癌组织中表达正相关(r=0.868,P<0.05)。结论 c-Met及p-Met与肺腺癌的发生发展有密切关系,对肿瘤的生物学行为及临床治疗有一定评估作用。Objective To discuss the expression and clinical significance of c - Mesenchymal epithelial transition factor (e - Met) in lung adenocarcinoma tissue. Methods Adenocarcinoma specimens from 40 patients of lung cancer with complete follow - up data were collected, while normal lung tissues from 20 controls were also attainted. Expression of c - Met and phosphorylated c - Met ( p - Met) were assessed using immunohistoehemical method. The correlation analysis was performed among the expression of e - Met and p - Met, clinical features and pathological results. Results The posi- tive rates of c -Met and p -Met were significantly higher in lung adenoearciuoma than controls (P 〈0. 05). There was no significant correlation between the expression of c - Met and p - Met in lung adenocareinoma and age, sex, smoking histo- ry, tumor size or degree. In cases with lymph node metastasis, the expression of c - Met and p - Met was significantly up - regulated ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was significantly positive correlation between c - Met and p - Met in lung adenocarcino- ma tissues (r = 0. 868, P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The up - regulation of c - Met and p - Met is closely related with the occurrence and development of lung adenocarcinoma, providing certain evaluation application on the tumor biological behavior and clinical treatment.
