摘  要:根据STORM3002D铸钢件的结构特点对其铸造工艺进行设计,利用AnyCasting数值模拟软件对充型、凝固过程进行数值模拟,确定在凝固过程中可能产生缺陷的部位。通过比较不同铸造工艺对充型的影响,确定了最为合理的设计方案,包括采用底注雨淋式浇注系统、增加内浇道教量并扩大面积、冒口放置在铸件的顸部、热节区放置冷铁。根据数值模拟结果表明,采用该铸造优化工艺可消除铸件中的热节、缩松、缩孔等缺陷。The casting process of STORM3002D casting was designed according to its structural characteristics. In order to determine the possible location of defects, the numerical simulation of filling process and solidification process was carried out by numerical simulation software AnyCasting. The most reasonable design scheme was determined comparing the different effects of casting process on mold filling, including using the bottom shower gating system, increasing the number of ingates and expanding the areas, placing riser at the top of the casting and placing cold irons at the hot spot. The numerical simulation results show that the casting defects about the hot spot, the dispersed shrinkage and the shrinkage cavity were basically eliminated after the casting optimization process being used.
