摘　　要：本文从临床试验管理系统(CTMS)在机构管理中的作用、对CTMS的要求、如何实施与推广、在机构中的应用等多方面进行分析,探讨如何应用CTMS提高药物临床试验机构的管理水平。结果发现CTMS能保障临床试验质量,规范临床试验流程,掌握临床试验进度,提高工作效率。所以建立以机构为中心的CTMS已成为管理临床试验的趋势。Through the analysis from that：Why we set up the clinical trial management system（CTMS）,what kind of CTMS we need,how to implement and promotion,application of CTMS in institutions.We will discuss on how to improve the drug clinical trial institution management level by CTMS.Results show that CTMS has certain effect to guarantee the test quality,regulate test process,master the test schedule,and improve the work efficiency.So the establishment of CTMS that centered on drug clinical trial institution has become a general trend in clinical trial management.
