摘　　要：本文从复方药物的研发背景、热点原因、药审中心如何看待复方以及复方组成条件和复方研究内容等方面进行论述,旨在讨论复方药物开发的合理性和必要性。This aricle discuss four issues：compound medicine’s background and the reason,how to consider compound medicine in Center for Drug Evaluation,condition and contents of compound medicine study,and the purpose is discuss the rationality and necessity of compound medicine.
