摘 要:目的:研究建立控制猴耳环消炎颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用TLC对猴耳环消炎颗粒中没食子酸进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对猴耳环消炎颗粒中没食子酸和槲皮素进行定量测定,Odyssil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液,进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长254 nm,进样量5μL。结果:薄层斑点清晰,分离效果好;没食子酸在0.060 2~1.806μg线性良好(r=0.999 5),平均回收率99.88%,RSD 1.8%;槲皮素在0.016 9~0.507 6μg线性良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为100.24%,RSD 1.9%。结论:建立的方法简便可行、准确,可为猴耳环消炎颗粒的质量控制提供依据。Objective: To establish the quality standard for Houerhuan anti-inflammation granule. Method: The gallic acid was qualitative identified by TLC, the contents of gallic acid and quereetin were determined by HPLC. HPLC was performed on Odyssil Cls column (4.6 mm× 250 ram, 5 μm) , gradiently eluting with acetonitrile as mobile phase A, and 0.2% H3PO4 as mobile phase B at a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1 The column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was at 254 nm. The injection volume was 5 μL. Result: TLC spots were clear, separation effect was good. The linearity of gallic acid was good in the range of 0. 060 2- 1. 806 μg (r = 0. 999 5), and the average recovery was 99.88% (RSD 1.8% ). The linearity of quercetin was good in the range of 0. 016 9-0. 507 6 μg (r =0. 999 6) , and the average recovery was 100.24% (RSD 1.9% ). Conclusion: The established method is simple, accurate and provides reference for quality control of Houerhuan anti-inflammation granule.
