网络工程应用型人才培养的实验室管理研究

摘　　要：应用型网络人才对技术实践与应用能力、工程实施与管理能力有着较高的要求,这些能力的培养依赖于一个更加开放的实验室环境。提出面向应用型网络工程人才培养的开放型实验室管理模式,以学生自主学习与自主管理为核心思想;并设计与开发实验室开放管理信息系统。该模式在温州大学网络工程专业实验室管理中进行多年的实践,并取得很好的成效。The practical network talents are in high demand in the technical practice and application, engineering implementation and management ability, which depends on the cultivation in a more open laboratory environment. Presents an open-laboratory management mode of prac- tical-oriented network engineering talent cultivation, which takes students＂ autonomous learning and autonomous management as the core idea; designs and develops an open-laboratory management information system. This model has been carried out in the network engineer- ing laboratory of Wenzhou University for many years, and has achieved satisfying effect.
