中国梦视域下人才强国战略的实施路径

摘　　要：中国梦是要实现中华民族伟大复兴的梦想,是自近代以来中华民族的最伟大的梦想。要早日实现中国梦,实施人才强国战略是关键所在。新时期实施人才强国战略是十分必要的,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的必然要求。中国梦对人才的标准提出了新的要求,人才应当具备崇高的理想信念、扎实的基本功底、较强的创新能力和求真务实的实干精神。中国梦视域下要实施人才强国战略,就要不断创新人才培养开发机制、选拔任用机制、评价考核机制和激励保障机制,为中国梦的实现提供坚强有力的人才保障。China Dream refers to realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, which is the grandest dream of the Chinese nation since modem times. The implementation of Talents Strategy for Powerful Nation plays a crucial role in the early achievement of our Chinese Dream. It is of great necessity to implement Talents Strategy for Powerful Nation in the new era, which is the inevitable de- mand of fulfilling the China Dream of rejuvenating the Chinese nation. China Dream proposes new requirements and criteria for talents ： they should be equipped with a lofty ideal, a solid foundation for work, strong innovation capability and a spirit of working in earnest. In order to enforce Talents Strategy for Powerful Nation in the horizon of China Dream, we have to constantly innovate the talents dis- covering and training mechanism, selecting and appointment mechanism, appraising mechanism, as well as incentive - security mecha- nism, adequately providing qualified personnel to guarantee the realization of Chinese Dream.
