摘　　要：目的探讨Mini-SG Plus附着体修复系统对老年患者牙周状况和龈沟液成分的影响,评估其对基牙牙周健康的影响。方法纵向观察18例行Mini-SG Plus附着体义齿修复的老年患者修复前后基牙菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)与牙龈指数(GI)的改变,龈沟液中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(ASP)及炎症相关细胞因子白介素-17(IL-17)、白介素-23(IL-23)含量的变化。结果患者完成修复后3个月复查,对修复体一般临床效果较满意;修复后3个月牙周常规检查结果为GI与PLI值都明显增加,与修复前对比差异明显(P<0.05),PD值对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);修复后3个月的龈沟液中酶活性成分AST与ALP含量以及细胞因子IL-17与IL-23含量与修复前相比,均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论应用Mini-SG Plus附着体系统修复老年患者牙列缺损,短期观察牙周状况稳定,未引发牙周炎症产生,具有较好临床效果。Objective To discuss the effects of Mini- SG Plus attachment on periodontal health and gingival crevicular fluid（ GCF）components of the abutment teeth in senile patients. Methods Eighteen senile patients with Mini- SG Plus attachments were selected. The periodontal status of the abutments was longitudinally observed with periodontal indices commonly used in clinics,including plaque index（ PLI）,probing depth（ PD） and gingival index（ GI）. The concentrations of alkaline phosphatase（ ALP）,aspartate aminotransferase（ ASP）,IL- 17,IL-23 in GCF were assayed before and 3 months after treatment. Results Three months after the treatment,the levels of PLI and GI were higher than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,but PD and the concentrations of ALP,ASP,IL- 17 and IL- 23 in GCF showed no significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Mini- SG Plus attachment used in senile patients with defect of dentition has no evident adverse effect and periodontitis on periodontal health of the abutment teeth in short time.
