大学生《职业指导》课程的有效性探讨

摘　　要：就业是民生之本,毕业生就业是高校的民生之本,职业指导是就业工作的重要环节,《职业指导》课程是职业指导的重要平台和载体。《职业指导》课程是实现大学生顺利就业的第一步,是学校人才培养改革的有效检验标尺,是衡量学校就业工作水平的重要指标。提高《职业指导》课程有效性的实现途径是要建设好师资队伍、构建职业指导与学校就业工作一体化的机制、加强职业指导的个性化服务、加强毕业生就业状况的跟踪反馈,推进职业指导改革创新,提升职业指导的有效性。Employment is the people＇s livelihood, an important part of the employment work, ＂occupation employment is the people＇s livelihood, occupation guidance is guidance＂ course is an important platform and cartier of occu- pation guidance the course of career guidance is the first step to realize the smooth employment of college students. It is an effective test of the reform of school personnel training, and is an important indicator to measure the level of school employment. Ways to raise the effectiveness of the vocational guidance course is to teachers team construction, construction of vocational guidance and school employment integration mechanism, strengthen vocational guidance of personalized service, strengthen the employment situation of graduates tracking feedback and promote the reform of vo- cational guidance innovation, improve the effectiveness of career guidance.
