摘　　要：根据广东省珠三角地方经济发展,从电力行业对人才的标准和需求入手,提出了地方电力行业应用型人才培养的问题。本文结合应用型人才培养的内涵,以华南理工大学广州学院电气工程学院为背景,提出了电力行业应用型人才培养的思路及措施,并总结了经过几年探索与实践形成的电力行业应用型人才培养的特色。According to local economic development of Zhu Jiang delta area in Guangdong province, from the standard and demand for talent in power industry for starting raised the issue of local power industry applied type talents. This paper combined the connotation of application talents cultivation, the school of electrical engineering in Guangzhou College of South China University of Technology as the background, proposed the ideas and measures of training the applied talents of the electrical power industry, and summed up the characteristic of training the applied talents through several years＇ exploration and practice.
