摘　　要：科研与教学是相互促进的统一体。新建地方本科院校在努力发展科研的同时,要抓住提高教学这一根本任务,以科研促进教学质量的提高,培养职业化的应用人才。本文就科研丰富教学内容、科研促进教师素质提高以及科研促进教学改革三方面进行了探讨。Teaching and Scientific research are mutually reinforcing unity. New local undergraduate colleges in ef- forts to develop scientific research at the same time, to improve the basic task of teaching, improving the quality of teaching with scientific research, training of professional talent. This research enrich the teaching Content, promote the scientific research to improve the quality of teachers and scientific research to promote teaching reform in three areas were discussed.
