摘  要:"孝"作为日常生活中的人伦规范或者道德原则乃是奠基且溯源于本源情感的,既非出于功利动机对父母养育之恩的回报亦非基于生活世界的经验所形成的习惯性伦常,实乃有着深刻的存在论根基。亲子关系是人类存在的基本样态,也是人降生后最先面临的存在方式。本源的仁爱情感正是通过"父慈"这一在世样式绽露出来,从而在"子孝"的构成性回应中挺立父与子的主体性。对于大部分传统中国人来说,实现自我终极关切的最切实可行的途径就是通过"祖先—自我—子孙"的世代延续,而这恰恰是本真的时间流在生活世界中的存在化与意义化。如何在本源情感的基础上重塑中国孝道之伦常从而切实有效地解决当下国人的安身立命问题无疑是致思的必要向度。"Filial Piety" as the ethical norm or moral principle is based on original emotion. It is not the utili- tarian return for parenting or the habitual rule from the daily experience, and it really has the profound ontological foundation. The relationship between parents and children is the main and primary existing - way among human be- ings. The appearance of original emotion is just through the parents' loving and the filial piety from the sons which set up the subjectivity of the father and the son. For most traditional Chinese, the most practical way to solve the ultimate concern is through the generation consistence of "ancestors - myself - posterity", which is the realization of the meaning and existing from the original time. How to reconstruct the filial piety on the foundation of original e- motion and solve the problem of the Chinese ultimate concern is the necessary dimension for the thinking.
