中药熏蒸联合人工泪液中西医结合治疗老年干眼症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察运用眼局部中药熏蒸结合人工泪液滴眼的中西医结合方法治疗老年干眼症的临床疗效，旨在寻找出治疗干眼症行之有效的新方法。方法选取90例老年干眼症患者随机分为试验组和对照组，每组45例。对照组患者仅采用人工泪液（新泪然）替代治疗。试验组患者在接受与对照组相同的替代治疗的基础上加用中药熏眼，共治疗3m。治疗前后对两组患者进行眼部症状评分、Schirmer试验、泪膜破裂时间测定和角膜荧光染色评分等，并进行统计学比较与分析。结果治疗前，试验组和对照组患者眼部症状评分、Schirmer试验和泪膜破裂时间测定和角膜荧光素染色评分结果比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗3m后，两组眼部症状评分、Schirmer测定、泪膜破裂时间测定和角膜荧光素染色评分相比均较治疗前有所改善（P〈0．05、P〈0．01），且试验组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05、P〈0．01）。结论眼局部中药熏蒸结合人工泪液滴眼的中西医结合治疗老年干眼症患者的疗效优于单用人工泪液治疗，值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To research the curative effect of integrated treatment of herbal fumigation combined with artificial tears on dry eye in elderly patients in order to seek an effective and novel treatment for dry eye. Methods 90 elderly cases with dry eye were randomly divided into trial group and control group, 45 cases each group. The patients in the control group were only treated with artificial tears （Xin Lei Ran）, but the patients in the trial group were treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation combined with artificial tears for 3 months. Before and after treatment, the ocular symptom scores, Schirmer test I levels, tear film break-up time and corneal fluorescein staining scores of the two groups were measured, compared, and analyzed statistically. Results Before treament, there were no statistical differences in the ocular symptom scores, Schirmer test I levels, tear film break-up time and corneal fluorescein staining scores between the two groups. However, After treatment for 3 months, compared with non-treatment, the ocular symptom scores, Schirmer test I levels, tear film break-up time and corneal fluorescein staining scores of the two groups were improved （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）, the trail group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Herbal fumigation combined with artificial tears on the elderly patients with tear dry eye is better than single artificial tears treatment, which is worthy of popular clinical application.
