摘　　要：本文从传统道德和修养的内涵出发,结合高校图书馆员本身特殊性,深入分析高校图书馆员职业道德修养的重要性及其对于本职工作的重要作用和意义,在此基础上,邀请相关专家研讨,利用层次分析法、德尔菲法等工具,初步构建起高校图书馆员职业道德修养评价指标体系,并给指标确定了权重,指标体系和权重设置过程科学性较强,具有一定的实际参考价值.Starting from the research of connotation of traditional morality and accomplishment, this paper analyses the importance of college librarians＇ professional ethics and its important function and meaning for the job. Then, through invited relevant experts for discussion and use of the AHP, the authors preliminarily build up the evaluation index system of university librarian professional ethics and determines the weight of indexes. All these process has strong scientific nature and certain practical application value.
