摘　　要：根据国家深化基础教育课程改革的要求,结合定向运动项目技术特点以及学校实际情况,对中学定向运动校本课程的构建进行了探讨,提出了构建中学定向运动校本课程的具体思路.希望为中学体育课中开展定向运动项目教学和训练提供有益参考和理论指导.According to the requirement of national deepening curriculum reform of basic education, combined with the characteristics of orienteering project technology and the actual situation of middle school, the construction of school-based curriculum orienteering sports is studied. The specific ideas of the construction of school-based curric- ulum orienteering sports in middle school is put forward. It hopes to provide a beneficial reference and theoretical guidance for the development of orienteering teaching and training of sports class in middle school.
