摘　　要：目的:在前期研究的基础上,确定指标体系权重,以构建医院住院服务医学人文关怀指标体系。方法:运用层次分析法建立住院服务医学人文关怀评价指标层次结构,构建两两比较判断矩阵,并对判断矩阵进行一致性检验。结果:确定了各指标体系权重,完成了住院服务医学人文关怀指标体系的构建。结论:住院服务医学人文关怀指标体系能基本涵盖其领域的各个方面,为其具体指标的选择和实施提供参考。Objective： On the basis of previous researches,the paper confirmed the weight of indicators to build the index system of medical humanities in inpatient services. Methods： Using the method of analytic hierarchy process（AHP）to establish evaluation hierarchy for medical humanities and construct the pair wise comparison judgment matrix,checking consistency and judgment matrix at the same time.Results： Achieved the construction of the index system of medical humanities by inpatient services and determined the weight of each index. Conclusion： The index system concluded specific indexes of various aspects of the medical humanities, provides the reference for the specific measures and implementation of the medical institutions to quantify the medical humanistic care.
