摘　　要：氢化反应釜控制系统的优劣直接影响到成品的质量,本文介绍了一个由PLC、变频器、调节阀、检测装置等组成的反应釜控制系统,给出了系统结构图、程序结构图及HMI界面,并对系统中影响产品质量的关键环节进行了阐述。The merits and demerits of control system for hydrogenation reaction kettle directly affecte the quality of the finished product. This paper introduces a reactor control system composed of PLC, inverter, control valves, testing equipment and other components, then presents the system structure diagram, program structure diagram and HMI interface, finally expounds the key links affecting the quality of products in the control system.
