宣木瓜产业发展方向的研究——以清除自由基产品的综合开发为例

摘　　要：农产品加工处于农业产业价值链的下游,是深度挖掘潜在价值和附加价值的关键一环,在整个产业链条中具有重要地位。宣木瓜优良的保健作用是其深加工所依托的核心优势,结合社会及经济环境,分析了宣木瓜作为清除自由基产品开发的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,对宣木瓜行业的前景进行了展望,以此对宣木瓜加工业未来发展的规划提供可靠的依据。Agricultural products processing has an important role in agricultural industry chain. For it is in the downstream, the key position to find potential value and added value of itself. Chaenomeles speciosa has core strengths to be deep processed because of its great health function. The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Chaenomeles speciosa development as a free radical scavenging product were analyzed combined with social economic environment. The prospect of Chaenomeles speciosa industry was forecasted, providing it a reliable basis for future development plan.
