摘 要:机能实验学是融合生理学、药理学、病理生理学三门学科的实验教学而形成的一门独立的实践学科,在医学的基础教育中承担着重要的作用。结合我校药理学机能实验课中的教学实践,将提高课堂教学质量的经验进行了总结,包括贯穿"自下而上"规则、注重实验与理论相结合、关注实验操作细节、机动安排实验时间、配合使用多媒体资源等。今后,我们仍将不断地探索并改进药理机能实验教学的方法与策略。Functional experiment is an independent practical course, which is integrated of three disciplines concerning with physiology, pharmacology and pathophysiology, and plays an important role in the basic medical education. Based on our teaching practice in the course of functional experiment of pharmacology, this article is aimed to summarize the experiences in improving the classroom teaching quality, including how to carry out the bottom-up rules, pay attention to the combination of experiment and its related theory, focus on the details of experimental operation, arrange the experimental time flexibly, and utilize the multimedia resources accordingly, etc. In the future, we will continue to explore and improve the methods and strategies in functional experiment teaching of pharmacology.
