留学生机能实验学中团队协作精神的培养

摘　　要：来自不同国家的医学留学生由于其文化、信仰、行为习惯等方面存在很大的差异,学生之间交流少,集体观念不强,团结协作精神差,在机能实验课表现尤为突出。针对该问题,代课教师通过在实验各个环节给学生创造更多交流机会,团队协作机会的方式,培养学生团队协作精神,增强学生们的集体荣誉感,教学质量得到显著提高。Medical students from different countries are quite different on their culture, beliefs, habits and etc, less commumcatlon between eacn other, collective spirit is not strong, and the team cooperation spirit is poor, especially in functional experiments. Contrapose this problem, substitute teachers create as much as possible opportunities and team cooperation opportunities through the experiment of each link, to train students＇ team cooperation spirit, and enhanee their collective sense of honor, the teaching quality are improved significantly.
