摘　　要：主要梳理了宜昌当代三峡白酒独具地域特色的文化,主要涉及浓香、兼香型、清香型的主流白酒,分析了不同白酒发展的特点和文化底蕴,力图拓展三峡文化研究的内容,用于拓展高校人文素质教育的内容。This paper mainly sorted out the characteristic local culture of the Modem Chinese Spirit around Yichang City, and involving the main spirits as strong flavor, mixed flavor and delicate flavor. It analyzed the different characteristic and culture feature, to enrich the study of the Three Gorges Culture, and to make a contribution to the humanistic quality education in universities.
