“S”型断桥式缝合术在环状混合痔治疗中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨环状混合痔采用"S"型断桥式缝合术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取环状混合痔患者72例,随机分为对照组和观察组各36例,对照组采用外扎内切术治疗,观察组采用"S"型断桥式缝合术治疗。结果观察组患者住院时间和创面愈合时间均短于对照组,患者并发症发生率低于对照组。结论采用"S"型断桥式缝合术治疗环状混合痔,治疗效果良好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids by using“S”type bridge suture treatment.Methods Selection of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids in 72 cases,were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 36 cases in each group, the control group using the external ligation plus internal dissection treatment,the observation group with“S”type bridge suture.ResultsPatients in the observation group hospitalization time and wound healing time were shorter than the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Using the“S”type bridge type suture in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, treatment effect is good.
