氟化泡沫预防儿童龋齿效果观察

摘　　要：目的对氟化泡沫预防儿童龋齿的效果进行观察。方法将幼龄儿童192例分为观察组96例及对照组96例,其中观察组给予氟化泡沫预防治疗,对照组未给予氟化泡沫预防治疗,对比两组儿童龋齿发生情况。结果观察组与对照组在治疗前龋齿情况比较无差异(P>0.05)。观察组采取氟化泡沫治疗后,龋齿比例下降,对照组未采取氟化泡沫治疗,龋齿率有所上升,观察组的龋齿情况要优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟化泡沫预防儿童龋齿具有效果,具有操作便捷、使用安全的特点。ObjectiveTo observe the effect of fluoride foam on preventing dental caries in children.MethodsYoung children 192 cases were divided into observed group 96 cases and 96 cases in the control group,which the observation group give fluoride foam prevention and treatment,control group were not treated with fluoride foam prevention and treatment,compared two groups of children dental caries.ResultsFrom table 1,there was no significant difference in caries status between the observation group and the control group（P〉 0.05）. In observation group were treated with fluoride foam treatment,dental caries significantly decreased the proportion,fluoride foam treatment was taken to the control group,and the rate of dental caries increased,dental caries in the observation group was obviously superior to the control group,the difference between the two groups has statistical significance（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Fluoride foam has a remarkable effect on preventing children＇s dental caries,and has the features of convenient operation and safe use.
