磷酸钙人工诱导年轻恒牙根尖发育临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究磷酸钙人工诱导年轻恒牙根尖发育临床效果。方法抽取我院就诊的牙根发育未形成患牙120颗作为研究对象,采取磷酸钙人工诱导年轻恒牙根尖发育,进一步将其和对侧同名牙进行对比,随访6个月～5年。结果磷酸钙根尖诱导成形术成功率为85.00%;根尖形成及根端硬组织封闭均为完善。结论对于年轻恒牙根尖未形成,给予磷酸钙人工诱导效果显著,能够有效促进恒牙根尖发育。Objective To explore the calcium phosphate induced root development of clinical effect of young permanent teeth.Methods 120 root development was not formed as a study object in our hospital,take calcium phosphate artificial induction of young permanent teeth with periapical development,further to the contralateral isonym teeth were compared,followed up for 6 months～5 years.Results The successful rate of calcium phosphate calcium phosphate was 85.00%,and the root apex and the hard tissue of the root were perfect.Conclusion For the young permanent teeth with periapical was not formed,given calcium phosphate artificial induced significant effect.
